In her role, she serves as corporate secretary and compliance officer, and leads a team responsible for all North American legal operations (including litigation, IP, employment, and business operations support). Prior to joining Toyota, she was vice president and associate general counsel with Hill-Rom Holdings, Inc. She has enjoyed climbing on a jungle gym of in-house career moves for over a decade.
