James Patton, LLM, MDiv. is chief legal officer for the Broadhurst Group, a senior living management company in Louisville, KY.  He has over 25 years of experience in healthcare, senior living, mediation, nonprofit governance, ethics, and strategic business development.

Patton has served as a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Global Board of Directors, founder and ambassador for ACC’s well-being initiative worldwide and founder of the Association’s National Community Service Day.  Patton is a frequent presenter for bar associations and corporate legal departments on topics of senior care, well-being, team building and organizational resiliency.
