She is a member of Eversheds Sutherland’s Corporate Practice Group and focuses her practice in the areas of corporate and securities law, including public offerings and corporate governance matters. She advises clients on compliance with the Securities Act of 1933, the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and the Investment Company Act of 1940. Terri has advised clients on the full range of issues that funds and their Boards encounter day-to-day, including corporate governance and compliance matters, Section 15(c) contract approvals, and disclosure issues.
