McCaffery focuses on all legal aspects of due diligence services for all three of EBI’s business units. Her responsibilities also include advising and managing corporate strategic initiatives, managing real estate and corporate best practices, as well as corporate permitting, client and subcontractor contract management, and insurance. She received her JD from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Neuropsychology from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts and the New England Corporate Counsel Association (NECCA). She is also a former member of the City of Cambridge Conservation Commission.
