ACC South Carolina Holds Annual Meeting

O n November 7, ACC South Carolina held its Annual Meeting at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. Nearly 70 chapter members, sponsors, and guests attended this full-day event that provided unique insights and a variety of subjects relevant to the latest in-house practices and the legal profession.

This year, Dr. Rebecca Heiss, accomplished speaker and expert in human behavior and revolutionary psychology, merged business, biology, and brain science in her morning session, “Breaking Through Blind Spots.”

Other highlights of the program included a session entitled “LIBOR: What Happened and Where Are We Going,” where a panel provided an in-depth look into what LIBOR is and where we see it going in the future. Other sessions included “South Carolina Compliance Update,” “Managing Government Investigations,” “Practical Tools for Creating Space and Keeping Your Head While Navigating a Changing World,” and “Immigration Update 2017.” A reception was held for attendees at the conclusion of the program.
